Coup de Chance, Woody Allen’s 50th film, is set to hit the world next month. It is Allen’s first film fully in French, and we previously had the French trailer. Now Woody Allen’s official channels have delivered the trailer with English subtitles. This comes as Russia and Australia have announced release dates.
Here’s the official Coup de Chance trailer with English subtitles.
There’s a new synopsis as well.
Fanny (Lou de Laâge) and Jean (Melvil Poupaud) look like the ideal married couple – they’re both professionally accomplished, they live in a gorgeous apartment in an exclusive neighborhood of Paris, and they seem to be in love just as much as they were when they first met. But when Fanny accidentally bumps into Alain (Niels Schneider), a former high school classmate, she’s swept off her feet. They soon see each other again and get closer and closer…
The film is set to premiere at the Venice Film Festival next month, followed by releases in France and Spain. We can now add a release date in Russia for 28 September and Australia on the 26 December. We expect more European dates to be announced after Venice.
