What about the rest of the world?
It seems like work is being done and details will come soon. The film will likely premiere at a film festival or two in the first half of this year. Allen has become a fixture in the US for a late July release. The film will roll out to Europe over August til October, with a couple of stragglers.
This seems par for the course these days. The biggest unknown is the US distributor. Some reports that Amazon are interested in working with Allen again, but nothing has been set in stone.
We will be following the release of Wonder Wheel closely on this site, as more details become available. The film stars Jim Belushi, Juno Temple, Justin Timberlake and Kate Winslet.
