Allen has quietly added another cast member to his 2017 film. Steve Schirripa joins the cast, making for a minor Sopranos reunion with Tony Sirico. Deadline reports.
The pair were spotted together on set in Brooklyn at the end of last week. They spent four seasons together on The Sopranos. It’s a bit of a kick to see them together. Allen for his part has been on record saying he’s never seen the Sopranos. Maybe he has since caught up?

This is Schirripa’s first time in an Allen film, although Sirico is one of Allen’s favourites. Of course, we know nothing of their actual roles and what they are up to.
They join the rest of the known cast – Jim Belushi, Jack Gore, Juno Temple, Justin Timberlake and Kate Winslet. The drama is set in the 1950s.
Production continues on Woody Allen’s 2017 film this month. More news as it happens!
